I Want It All ("Lo Quiero Todo", en español) es la cuarta canción y primer sencillo del disco The Miracle, realizado en 1989.
La canción fue inspirada en Anita Dobson, esposa de Brian May, quien solía decir «I Want It All and I Want It Now» («Lo quiero todo y lo quiero ahora»). La canción es un himno del rock, y la letra tiene mensajes que podrían considerarse de rebelión, aunque Brian May ha dicho que principalmente es un mensaje de ambición y de luchar por tus metas. El sencillo también fue utilizado como una canción anti-apartheid.
A diferencia de las demás canciones del álbum, alcanzó el tercer puesto en el Reino Unido y en los Mainstream Rocks Tracks. También alcanzó el puesto número cincuenta en los Billboard Hot 100. Debido al crecimiento de la música pop (con artistas como Kylie Minogue o The Bangles siendo los principales exponentes) a finales de los ochenta, se había vuelto raro que el rock lograra buenas ventas y una buena posición en las listas.
